Pay for a funeral

Step 1: Find the funeral invoice details

Invoice Details

You can find this on the invoice or email that was sent to you. It starts with INV followed by 4-5 digits. For example,
INV-0000.
Other ways to pay
  • Over the phone by calling the funeral home, Monday - Friday between 9am - 4:30pm.
  • The telephone number is on the invoice.
  • Or in person at the arranging funeral home.

How it works

1. Invoice Reference Number

Enter the Invoice Reference Number.

2. Name

Enter the Name as seen on the invoice to ensure accurate processing.

3. You'll be taken to the payment page

Once you've entered the Invoice Reference Number and Name as seen on the invoice, you'll be taken to the payment page to complete the payment.
